CM023 Damage Analysis & Estimation

A two day course in Damage Analysis & Estimation for customer receptionists, service advisors and damage estimators, covering methods, tools and processes for analyzing a damaged vehicle and produce an accurate cost estimation.

Previous experience:
Experience of damage estimation or of customer reception

After the completed course the participant should be able to:

  • employ the most effective methods and tools to identify the scope of damage to a vehicle
  • analyze the cost of repair and know how to perform the documentation and validation of the repair
  • understand how to handle additional sales possibilities of accessories and services
  • understand how to organize an effective damage repair process in their own workshop.
