Car-O-Liner is please to be an integral partner of MotorHalland when creating their new facility in Halmstad, Sweden.
MotorHalland’s new facility covers a total of 12,000 m2 and will be one of Sweden’s most modern car parks for WV, Audi and Skoda. Car-O-Liner helped equip and furnish the facility.
The project, which ran for just over 1.5 years from the first start-up meeting to the turnkey customer handover, was led and administered by Region Manager Kenneth Persson and Car-O-Liner’s “Workshop Architect” Anders Gerle.
Car-O-Liner’s role was to deliver a solution that met MotorHalland’s needs and requirements for the 900 m2 collision damage repair shop, which meant creating one complete body shop and two damage assessment sites in the same location.
“With our knowledge, together with our partners, we have delivered interior design solutions, alignment systems, ventilation, draperies and project management, that will lead to optimal customer efficiency and profitability,” says Kenneth Persson.
Commissioning and introduction will be held in mid-September.
The solution includes:
- All the room’s wall furnishings are from our WSS range
- 9 complete workstations with the possibility for environmental sorting
- 8 in-ground mounted Speed benches with a cast channel in concrete slab
- 1 BenchRack 5500 with VAS6528 wall system and Car-O-Tronic Vision2 X3
- 10 ceiling-hanged divider curtains ensure as good a working environment as possible
- WSS furnished surfaces for common tools and depots etc. in the workshop environment
- High and low vacuum systems at each workplace
