      Measuring System Operation:
      • This course will cover in detail how to choose the proper centering points, measuring cups and adapters and an understanding of the QR Function.
      • The course will cover performance of a quick check, the comparative measuring operation, absolute/point to point (P2P)/suspension measuring and upper body measuring using the high measuring point (HMP).
      • The course will also highlight the EVO information that is available within the software.

      Measuring System Maintenance:
      • The maintenance overview will cover all aspects of maintenance, inspection and best practices to ensure the equipment operates successfully.

      • The attendee will learn how to place and remove the C-gun from the holder, check and fill the coolant level and use the tool balancer and support arm.

      Operation:
      • This course will provide an understanding of how to navigate the control panel, change the C-arms, fender edge arm and A-tong.
      • The technician will learn how to start and calibrate the welder and view weld results.
      • The hands-on operation of the welder includes cleaning, dressing, changing electrode caps, setting the welder, multi-function gun setup, automatic modes, pre-pulse and air pressure.

      Technique & Practical:
