Designed for precision-focused workshops, the MTF 4000C establishes a new benchmark in electro-mechanical lifting through dependable performance and controlled operation. With a 4000kg lifting capacity, this advanced lifting solution from Car-O-Liner® is engineered for modern service bays, delivering the strength and adaptability required to safely handle passenger cars, SUVs and vans with confidence.

The MTF 4000C features hot-rolled steel profile columns positioned at a 30° angle, improving access and door opening clearance around the vehicle. A compact, durable roll-formed column design incorporates a rubber protective strip, helping shield the columns from sparks generated during welding or repair operations while the vehicle is raised. Lifting arms connect to the carriage via a reinforced heavy-duty pin housing, enabling smooth, bidirectional arm movement and flexible positioning at vehicle pick-up points.

Features & Benefits

Overhead Cable Bridge

An integrated overhead cable bridge routes the power supply cable, motor electronic synchronisation cable and thermo switch cable in a clean, organised manner. This design helps eliminate trip hazards while maintaining a safer, more orderly workspace. The adjustable height allows easy adaptation to varying workshop layouts and vehicle heights.

3-Stage Arms

Equipped with four extended 3-stage lifting arms, the MTF 4000C provides an adjustable lifting range from 722 to 1.300mm, allowing secure and accurate lifting across a wide variety of vehicle sizes and configurations.

Hot-rolled steel profile columns

The compact, robust roll-formed column design incorporates a rubber protective band, helping shield the columns from sparks generated during welding or repair operations while the vehicle is raised.

  • Durable Carriage - The MTF 4000C carriage is guided by six maintenance-free rollers inside each column. Unlike plastic sliding blocks, these rollers are designed for long-term use without wear, ensuring consistent lifting performance and reduced maintenance requirements over time.

  • Load/Safety Nut - A bronze alloy load nut, paired with a cast alloy safety nut, delivers long service life and excellent wear resistance. This design provides a significant durability advantage over nylon alternatives, contributing to reliable operation under demanding workshop conditions.
